Hidden Well is a hearth for meaning-making through personal and collective storytelling and deep witnessing. We come together to remember the medicine offered by the simple act of gathering. We see what is revealed when we get quiet and let our hands guide the work. We feel in our bodies what comes to light when we tell stories, both our own and myths older than memory.

Connecting with the creative reservoirs alive in all of us is a place we can call upon to understand ourselves, connect to a sense of belonging, and provide insight on how to inhabit our unique path and the times we are living through.

Our stories are our gift to the world.

When we give voice to the more hidden and out-of-sight qualities of ourselves through creative practice, gathering, and storytelling, we open a pathway for surprising channels of healing, delight and connection. While this is a deeply personal practice, it also reveals our interdependence and belonging to the web of life.

I have worked as a facilitator for over a decade with people of all ages in lots of wildly different settings including: urban health clinic, public schools, a domestic violence shelter, and forest schools. I believe spaces for creativity and storytelling are vital for our individual and collective path towards liberation and building the worlds of our dreams.

My ancestral lineages come from the Celtic Isles, Southern Italy and Germany.
