SoulCollage®
An intuitive collage process for self-discovery and connection

heeding the call to the underworld
my story
After experiencing the enormous rite of passage of childbirth, I yearned for a way to understand this seismic shift in my life. While I was madly in love with this new being in my life, I also felt I was being pulled kicking and screaming into my inner underworld.Talking failed to capture what was surfacing, dissolving, dislocating inside me. I was grieving an old version of me I felt slipping away and I couldn’t make sense of the new form I was taking. I felt angry at the lack of culture to hold me through this initiation. How could my heart be expanding while also struggling so hard?
My creativity has always been a lifeline back to myself. In tiny moments while my baby slept, I found my notebook, trying to write, draw, anything, but nothing came At a time when I most needed it, my creative tread vanished. I learned about a SoulCollage® workshop happing 1.5 hours away from me the next day. I couldn’t explain why, but I knew I needed to go.
When I sat to make that first card, my mind was quiet for the first time since I could remember, and my hands just knew exactly what to do.
Through this practice I traced my way back to the hidden well within me: that place that quenches our soul and trusts and honors our intuitive ways of knowing. Where things don’t have to always make ‘logical’ sense and yet they give such clarity. It has helped me reconnect with my inner wisdom and process life’s delights and grief.
I continue to be surprised by how such a simple practice can open so much self- understanding. It helps us ‘get out of our heads’ and slip below the surface where so much is waiting for us. It’s a practice I lean on time and time again for guidance, clarity and honest reflection.
I became a certified SoulCollage® facilitator because I want to share the gift of this method with other people. Through my workshops I seek to cultivate a nurturing and warm environment for creativity, healing and self-exploration.

the method
SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.
Through this intuitive collage process, participants make individualized cards, much like an oracle or medicine deck, that is deeply personal to your story.
This practice can be incredibly potent in helping people discover their unique inner/outer guides and challengers, and access their own wisdom to answer personal life questions. Learn more about the origins of SoulCollage®
